Company Description For over 20 years, Egis has developed recognized expertise in the field of transport infrastructure projects (highways, airports, rails), acting as a developer and investor in concession or Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, as an infrastructure operator, and also as a Turnkey systems integrator such as toll collection systems, traffic and telecommunication management systems, tunnel equipment, airport equipment, and on-street paid parking control systems. Job Description As part of an extension and modernisation project for one of its highway concessions in North of Greece, Egis is looking for a Site Project Manager (m/f) to implement toll equipment and system for a period of 2 to 3 years. Main Missions and Activities; You will report functionally to the Equipment and Systems director. You will be responsible on site for the project implementation and modernisation of toll equipment and system such as: ➢ Toll lane equipment: manual, automatic and electronic toll collection, ➢ Toll plaza equipment, ➢ Central toll system upgrade. This role includes the following activities: ➢ Participate in the procurement process, ➢ Supervise and follow up on-site works, ➢ Set up and manage the project team on-site and the sub-contractors, ➢ Manage and coordinate of on-site activities for the installation of equipment and systems: • Ensure Prerequisite works for equipment installation carried out by the civil work company (civil engineering, electrical, and telecom interfaces), • Monitor the transport and delivery of equipment to the sites, • Supervise and coordinate equipment and systems installation by subcontractors ➢ Manage and coordinate the commissioning and acceptance of the equipment and systems: • On-site testing, • Operator training, • Commissioning with authorities, • Documentation (as-built records, testing records and acceptance certificates), • Follow-up of outstanding issues resolution, ➢ Monitor and update the implementation schedule, ➢ Liaise closely with the civil work company and the local entities involve in the project, ➢ Coordinate with project third parties (construction company, operating company, concessionaire, other subcontractors and project authorities), ➢ Work closely with the project management team based in France, ➢ Provide regular reports to the Project Management team including risk analysis follow-up. Qualifications With an engineering degree (general engineering or in the fields of electronics/IT, M&E or civil engineering). You have at least 10 years of professional experience, including experience in systems (ideally toll systems) or equipment on projects of varying sizes (up to several million euros) and in various fields. ➢ You have significant experience in motorway construction projects and/or good technical knowledge in the field of fixed operating equipment such as toll, traffic, ITS, telecommunications, IT and electromechanical equipment, ➢ You have significant experience in site project implementation and management, ➢ You have the leadership skills needed to manage the site project team in a multicultural environment, ➢ Thanks to your interpersonal skills and fluency, you are able to maintain a constructive dialogue with the client, partners, and project team members, ➢ You have demonstrated your ability to work as part of a team, ➢ You have the ability to write project documents or reports, ➢ Your autonomy and decision-making ability allow you to intervene in large-scale projects, ➢ You are recognized for your rigor, ➢ Language: • Greek speaking is mandatory, • Proficiency in English is imperative, • French is an advantage Business Line: Consulting and Operations Service Line: OnM Operations Region: Europe and Africa Job Family: Services and Operations Profession: Infrastructure Maintenance
