We are looking for an experienced Site Purchasing Specialist to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent Construction Purchasing team based in Heide. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing/ramping up and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

• Overall responsible for activities concerning sourcing, negotiating and managing suppliers of construction services, machinery and material
• Prepare and keep an up-to-date procurement plan in coordination with the construction team and according to the construction schedule
• Leads procurement of the major packages with the support from the Category Management team
• Evaluate suppliers in quality, sustainability, volume and deliverables
• Manage procurement according to cost-plan and budget

  Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or a completed apprenticeship in a relevant discipline with extensive experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Excellent in communication in German and English, written and spoken
• Experience from working with procurement in construction field or disciplines indirect to construction
• Experience from a multi-cultural environment
