Company Description We are seeking an experienced Site QA/QC Manager for a major LNG onshore project in Africa. The scope includes the construction of two liquefaction trains, marine facilities, storage tanks, utilities, and supporting infrastructure. This strategic project involves significant technical, financial, and organizational challenges in a demanding international environment. Job Description Key Responsibilities Implement and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) for the project, including policies, plans, procedures, and contractor requirements. Monitor and ensure compliance of all construction activities performed by the EPC Contractor and subcontractors. Organize and lead quality audits, inspections, and test plans. Analyze quality performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. Provide QA/QC reporting to the Project Management Team and promote a strong quality culture on site. Manage non-conformities and derogations until resolution. Lead and develop the QA/QC team (up to 50 personnel, including 10–15 direct reports). Collect lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications Profile Education: Engineering degree or equivalent (advanced qualifications preferred). Experience: Minimum 15 years, including 5 years in QA/QC management on large-scale industrial projects (Oil & Gas, LNG, EPC). Skills: Strong HSE culture and safety leadership. In-depth knowledge of quality systems and international standards. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken). Portuguese or French is a plus. Additional Information Work Environment Estimated start date : march 2026 Duration : 1 year renewable Remote site in Northern Mozambique with challenging logistics. Health and security risks mitigated by strict preventive measures. Rotational assignment.
