The Lochem production location consists of 3 plants:
1) butter plant (industry & consumer), 2) milk powder plant, 3) IFT milkprism plant.
The products produced are for the Professional & Trading customers and the butter retail markets. Main customers are within FMCG Industry and the bakery sector.
The Lochem site plays a crucial role in the RFC Network as it’s designed to step in when there is an overcapacity of milk/cream in the network, this results in a high volatility and complexity on site.
