QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to learn new programs and strong IT skills
  • Experience with handling deviations and corrective actions.
  • Preferably from a production company with an understanding of operators, the entire supply chain, and processes.
  • Experience with quality management.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

In this role you will proactively contribute with your team in creating validated and verified products and processes. You will identify, analyze, and initiate product improvement projects and participate in the development projects of new products and processes to outline and propose necessary tests and validations.
It is important that you with curioisity can handle deviations and proposing corrective actions and root cause elimination. In addition that you suggest changes in quality routines and checklists within the factory and manufacturing processes, and train staff on quality routines within the factory and production. you’ll be expected to engage in cross-functional team meetings and provide insights derived from quality data analyses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Site Quality Manager and laboratory colleagues in internal improvement efforts and business development.
  • Collaborate with the Central Quality Engineer and colleagues to identify best practices and propose improved harmonized processes and working methods.
  • Compile, inform, and report quality results.
