We are  looking for a Site Quality Leader to join our team, specializing in Quality  for  our Cummins Meritor Manufacturing de Mexico in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León.  Work Modality: 100% on site Location: Boulevard Nexxus 2505 Centro, Cienega de Flores Nuevo Leon 65550. Job Summary: The Site Quality Leader creates value by building an effective team, by managing daily operations, or supporting initiatives that enable the function, business unit or customer to achieve its business objectives. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: * Drive OEM customer quality performance by ensuring compliance with customer expectations, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Lead the site's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer-specific requirements, and industry regulations while driving a culture of quality excellence. * Provide strategic leadership to Quality, Calibration, and Metrology teams, developing talent and aligning quality objectives with business and operational goals. * Own product and process quality performance by driving robust quality planning, risk mitigation, audit readiness, and effective problem resolution across manufacturing operations. * Champion continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced quality methodologies to improve Right First Time (RFT), reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and enhance operational performance. * Lead quality initiatives for new products, processes, and technologies, ensuring successful deployment, process capability, and long-term product reliability. * Drive digital transformation and innovation within the quality function by leveraging emerging technologies, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making. * Identify opportunities to improve sustainability, operational efficiency, and stakeholder value through continuous process and product improvements. To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3-5 years experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive sector * Advanced Knowledge in ISO 9001 * Experiencie in Core tools * Advanced problem-solving expertise, including Root Cause Analysis methodologies. * Six Sigma Green Belt certification * Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence. * Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize initiatives, manage risk, and align quality objectives with organizational goals. * Advanced English Level * Availability to travel national and internationally (mainly USA) 20% of the time   Preferred: * Technical knowledge in Machining and Heat Treatment processes. * Certified IATF Auditor with strong knowledge of automotive quality management systems, customer-specific requirements, and industry standards. * Experience in Program Management Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
