Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for plant safety and quality: You control and ensure product and process quality directly at our production site in Neubrandenburg.
• Pragmatic leadership: You lead and develop our local quality team in a motivating, approachable manner and with clear direction.
• Interface to the shop floor & to customers: You are the direct contact person for quality issues for international customers and ensure fast, sustainable corrective measures (8D, problem-solving methods).
• Controlling supplier quality: You evaluate and develop our suppliers, accompany on-site audits and optimize quality processes along the entire supply chain.
• Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) & Processes: They keep an eye on quality indicators (costs, savings potential), simplify complex processes and anchor a high quality awareness in manufacturing.

You bring the following with you:

• Solid foundation: Successfully completed studies (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar) or a comparable technical qualification (e.g. state-certified technician) with several years of professional experience.
• Industry & Quality Expert: Several years of experience in quality management of an industrial manufacturing company (ideally from the automotive or commercial vehicle sector including ISO 9001 / IATF 16949).
• Strong hands-on mentality: They tackle problems directly at the root and convince through solution-oriented communication.
• Leadership experience: You have proven that you can lead, motivate and develop a team on an equal footing.
• Language skills: As you will be working closely with the local plant and our international teams/customers, you speak and write German and English fluently.
• Regionally connected: You already live in northern Germany or would like to relocate your center of life to the beautiful Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Neubrandenburg).
