Then this could be your next big challenge!    Your everyday life as a Site Reliability Engineer in Squad Operations  Cloud Operations & Reliability - Play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our cloud environments SRE Practices & Automation - Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve system reliability and reduce manual effort ITSM & Process Excellence - Work within established ITIL processes using ServiceNow ITSM for incident, change and problem management  Infrastructure as Code & Cloud Management - Leveraging infrastructure-as-code and scripting to manage cloud resources at scale, supporting secure, repeatable deployments and system configurations Security, Compliance & Resilience - Contributing to a secure and compliant cloud landscape Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partnering with development, security, architecture and platform squads to ensure that cloud infrastructure supports both business and technical goals   Culture & Continuous Improvement - Be part of a collaborative engineering culture that values learning, transparency, and ownership   We are looking for you who Have at least 3 years experience in cloud operations, infrastructure, DevOps, site reliability engineering or platform engineering roles  Bring hands-on experience in managing and operating services in public cloud environments, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture, automation, and operational best practices  Understand and apply principles from Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and ITIL to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement in cloud services  Have experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, and are comfortable navigating processes like incident, change and problem management  Have experience working across teams—collaborating with developers, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure services are reliable, scalable and aligned with user needs  Are able to communicate clearly, build trust and create alignment within and across squads in a complex technology environment    By becoming part of Gjensidige, you get:  We guarantee an employer who cares about their employees and facilitates good personal and professional development.
