My client - one of the world's leading quantitative trading firms - is hiring a Platform Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, build, and maintain highly scalable, resilient platforms behind mission-critical trading systems. This is genuine technical ownership on infrastructure that operates at global scale, around the clock.
What You'll Be Doing:🔹 Design, build, and maintain scalable platform infrastructure🔹 Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery🔹 Strengthen platform observability — monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting🔹 Build automation and self-service tooling engineers actually rely on🔹 Support containerized workloads and orchestration across large-scale environments🔹 Drive reliability, performance, and scalability improvements across distributed systems and middleware
Desired Skills:✅ Experience as a Platform Engineer, SRE, or DevOps Engineer✅ Strong Linux systems knowledge and automation experience✅ Track record building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines✅ Hands-on with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)✅ Solid grasp of monitoring, logging, and observability platforms✅ Experience with Infrastructure as Code and infra automation✅ Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar)✅ Genuine passion for building reliable, highly available platforms
