• The interview process includes a 30-minute intro call with a TA Partner, a home assignment, 90-minute technical interview and a 45-minute call with your potential manager. Please note the process might alter depending on our team’s availability.

• At least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, or an infrastructure-focused DevOps role.
• Solid expertise in cloud systems, with a deep understanding of AWS Stack.
• Strong background in managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters at scale.
• Experience in implementing and managing monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus) to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Demonstrated experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code practices and with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Proven ability to debug, fix, and optimize code, with troubleshooting skills across applications, networking, and systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
