Description
As a Site Reliability Engineer, a successful candidate is going to be responsible for hands-on (script) development and (software) deployment. The candidate will be part of a wider team, with stakeholders located all around the world, including Montreal, New York, Budapest, Shanghai, Hong Kong, or Tokyo The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the infrastructure where business critical services & functionalities are hosted and will be expected to cover the entire lifecycle of the software through testing till deployment into production The team is embracing Agile and DevOps, hence the candidate will be expected to demonstrate continuous improvement, and to take ownership of end-to-end delivery, quality, and business impact of their deliverables 2+ years of experience with computer networks, supporting Windows 10/11 or Windows Server operating systems (familiarity with Active Directory and LDAP) Hands-on experience with PowerShell .NET / ASP.NET and containers SCCM / System Centre Orchestrator Containerization background (like Docker, Podman) Configuration Management tools (DSC, Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef) Knowledge on Continuous Integration systems (any of Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Team City, TFS) Troubleshooting skills Experience with SDLC, Agile, BDD and various levels of automated testing Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
