You’ll work with tools like ServiceNow, Grafana, Kibana, Power BI, and Azure DevOps to track incidents, monitor systems, and analyse trends. E

• perience with these is a plus but being quick to learn matters most.

As a Systemic Cause Investigator, you will:

• Participate in and facilitate blameless post-mortems after major incidents.
• Analyse new and historical incident data to find systemic issues and improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen the postmortem process to deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
• Correlate technical data to uncover hidden problems and propose solutions that span teams.
• Apply SRE principles to guide systemic improvements.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and managers to help them prioritise the highest-impact initiatives.
• Coach engineers in conducting effective blameless post-mortems.
