We’re supporting a leading telecom provider in hiring a Manager IT SRE Operations to take full ownership of service reliability across OSS/BSS, CRM, billing, and digital platforms.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role with full ownership of application uptime, monitoring frameworks, automation initiatives, and system performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, reduce complexity, and create real impact for millions of end users.
