RVA’s Sudbury office is looking for a Site Representative to start in May 2025. This is a contract position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Civil Tech diploma OR an undergraduate degree in Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Superior English communication skills both oral and written.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, and related to linear projects including water mains, sewers, roads is a project requirement.
  • Contract administrative experience is a strong asset.
  • Must have a valid class G driver’s license and his/her own vehicle for transportation between office and assigned work site.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of contract documents and drawings.
  • Communicate with other Project Site Inspectors and Construction Administrator or Project Manager.
  • Set up, facilitate and participate in project meetings.
  • Prepare meeting notes and project memorandums.
  • Review and process contract extra work claims.
  • Prepare and process monthly progress estimates.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and the public as required.
  • Undertake site inspection duties.
  • Adhere to all site safety requirements and regulations.
