JOB SUMMARY:

The Site Safety Administrator supports the implementation and maintenance of safety programs and procedures at the project or site level. This role ensures that all safety documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about promoting a safe working environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or certificate in Occupational Safety & Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a safety or administrative role, preferably in a construction or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and documentation practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update safety records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
  • Track and manage safety equipment inventory, inspections, and certifications.
  • Support incident reporting and investigation processes by compiling data and documentation.
  • Ensure all workers and visitors are properly inducted and briefed on site safety protocols.
  • Monitor compliance with safety procedures and report any deviations to the Safety Officer.
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety documentation is submitted and approved.
  • Assist in audits and inspections by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
