An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Site Safety and Health Officer for the Final Denial Barriers South Gate project at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.
As a Site Safety and Health Officer, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the accident prevention program to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees on the project.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of construction safety experience or a safety and health degree or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) credentials with four (4) years of experience;
  • Working knowledge of EM-385-1-1;
  • Completion of the 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety course within the last five (5) years;
  • Completion of the 40-Hour EM-385-1-1 Hazard Recognition Course; and
  • Twenty-four (24) hours of formal safety training as follows: confined space, scaffolding, cranes and rigging, excavation/trenching, fall protection, and electrical within the past five (5) years.
