We are seeking an experienced Site Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 experience to support planning and scheduling activities for major construction and infrastructure works at Lobs Hole, Cooma.

The role will work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors to develop, maintain and monitor project schedules, ensuring construction activities remain aligned with project milestones and delivery targets.This is a site-based position working on a 14/7 roster.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor actual progress against baseline and approved schedules, identifying delays, slippage and critical activities.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, weekly/monthly programs and progress reports for site management.
• Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, subcontractors and project managers to capture actual progress, planned activities and resource requirements.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule forecasting and impact assessments for changes and delays.

• Key Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, civil, tunnelling, mining, energy or major projects scheduling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules.
• Strong understanding of critical path, dependencies, baselines, progress updates and schedule forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
