QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in mining (preferred) or heavy industrial construction projects, with at least 5 years focused on scheduling.
· Diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is considered an asset.
· Prior experience working on remote site projects with a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) rotation is preferred.
· Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is required; familiarity with other scheduling tools is an asset.
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
· Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication abilities.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
· Willingness and ability to travel to remote site locations on a rotation schedule.
· Adaptable and capable of working in a dynamic and challenging environment.

· Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule, incorporating inputs from owners, consultants, and contractors.
· Coordinate the dissemination of scheduling templates and guide stakeholders in constructing and maintaining project-specific schedules.
· Publish and communicate schedule updates to the broader project team on a weekly basis.
· Monitor scheduling trends and provide early warnings on potential conflicts, risks, or opportunities that may affect execution or project milestones.
· Validate project forecasts and ensure alignment with the overall master schedule.
· Ensure the schedule accounts for all known and anticipated constraints, including resource and material availability.
· Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly project reports, with schedule data reconciled to baselines and control plans.
· Compare actual physical progress against contractor reports and schedule updates to identify variances.
· Support consultants, contractors, and vendors in implementing and adhering to contractual scheduling requirements.
· Assist various project disciplines in planning and sequencing of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
· Perform additional planning and scheduling duties as required.
