In this position, you will lead initiatives to enhance security protocols and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance.

• Promote and directly manage fundamental security objectives to ensure site physical security and the protection of customer assets and employee safety.
• Ensure compliance with and adherence to all Security Policies, Processes, Procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with internal and external security stakeholders and operational teams to optimize security performance and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that deliver customer value.
• Coordinate incident report responses related to stock anomalies and losses.
• Gather security intelligence and implement preventative measures to mitigate stock loss.
