We are currently seeking a Site Selection Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Site Selection Lead at ICON, you will guide strategy and oversight for identifying and recommending investigator sites for assigned studies. You will balance data-driven analysis with operational insight to support reliable and efficient trial delivery. What You Will Be Doing: Leading site selection planning for assigned studies, working closely with feasibility, medical, and operations teams. Analysing data sources, historical performance, and feasibility inputs to inform site lists and recommendations. Coordinating outreach and qualification activities to assess site interest, capabilities, and fit with protocol requirements. Presenting site recommendations and rationale to sponsors and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final decisions. Monitoring early performance to validate selection assumptions and recommending adjustments where needed. Supporting the development of tools, criteria, and processes that enhance consistency and efficiency in site selection. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent clinical research experience. Substantial experience in site selection, feasibility, or clinical operations. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and feasibility outputs. Good understanding of global site and country dynamics, including regulatory and operational factors. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to coordinate cross-functional input and manage multiple studies simultaneously. #LI-MK1 Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
