SITE SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

SimoTech is looking for a Site Services Administrator to support our continued growth within the Life Sciences industry. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring both the success of our clients and the performance of our onsite resources.
You will work closely with our Site Services Account Managers to facilitate smooth operations and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or Human Resources or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • Experience of working with business platforms including CRM and ERP is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience within Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Account Management, Sales, Engineering or Project Consultancy is desirable.Excellent communication and organizational skills along with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure contracts, purchase orders and invoices are maintained and up to date.
  • Assist in preparation of cost estimates, proposals and any other relevant sales documentation.
  • Work closely with Site Services Account Managers to schedule and manage client rate reviews.
  • Maintain and update CRM on clients and resources.
  • Develop ERP reports / dashboards on client and resource trends.
  • Liaise with HR to co-ordinate site services team performance reviews.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing suitable candidates for client-based roles.
  • Ensure workflows and procedures are implemented correctly.Represent SimoTech to the highest possible level at all times, adhering to our core principles of Trust, Excellence and Respect.
