ABOUT THE SITE SERVICES COORDINATOR ROLE (GUNNEDAH):
As the Site Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of four administrative support personnel. In addition, you will help streamline processes, improve workflows, and support the site leadership team with strategic planning and decision-making. You will also play a key role in driving increased productivity, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing site.
This position will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling internal and external communications, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (NOT LIMITED TO):
Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service, efficiently resolves issues, and meets DIFOT targets
Overseeing and coordinate daily operations of the administration and customer service functions, managing system activities and general workflows
