Company Description IOTA GROUP, a prominent Swiss International Technical Consulting firm specializing in heavy industries, is expanding its team! Mozambique LNG is a world-class, multi-billion-dollar LNG development operated by TotalEnergies. The onshore facilities include two LNG trains, storage and marine export systems, utilities, and extensive early site infrastructure. Located at the Afungi Peninsula in Northern Mozambique, the project is executed in a remote and challenging environment and involves a large multinational workforce. Health, safety, environmental protection, and social performance are core priorities of the project. Job Description The Site Services Manager reports to the Site Director and is responsible for leading all site services activities during the construction phase. Key duties include: Provide strong HSE leadership and ensure full compliance with Project safety and environmental requirements Support overall site management and act as a member of the Site Emergency Management Team Lead and manage the Site Services organization and oversee EPC and service contractors Ensure site services are executed in accordance with Project standards, contractual requirements, schedule, and cost objectives Oversee site reporting, planning and control, cost control, contracts and procurement, corporate affairs, accommodation, logistics, and transportation Monitor construction progress, consolidate site-wide reporting, and implement KPIs to identify deviations and risks Review and approve key contractor documentation to ensure alignment with Project expectations Identify issues related to welfare, accommodation, logistics, or contractor performance and propose timely, fit-for-purpose solutions Analyze contractor performance, report deviations, and propose mitigation actions to Project Management Promote teamwork, develop staff capabilities, and capture lessons learned across the project Qualifications Education & Experience Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline (advanced degree or professional certification preferred) Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role Proven experience on large EPC, LNG, or major energy projects, preferably in remote or high-risk environments Skills & Competencies Strong HSE culture with demonstrated safety leadership Solid understanding of cost, schedule, quality, and contractor performance management on mega-projects Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multinational project environment Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Languages & Work Conditions Fluent in English (written and spoken) Portuguese and/or French is an advantage Willingness to work on a rotational basis in a remote location
