If you want to grow your career in a progressive, team-oriented environment, apply today.  About the Job: Operating in a Northern British Columbia mining environment on a two week in/two week out shift rotation, the Site Services Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of surface processes at the Silvertip Operation.  Solid work ethics, regular attendance, and punctuality are essential requirements for this position. Responsibilities: * Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties; * Mentor and guide Heavy Equipment Operators and ensure they are trained and experienced for assigned tasks; * Work with employees to develop JHA’s for all non-routine jobs; * Assist in developing Safe Operating Procedures pertaining to site services job functions with the Site Services Trainers; * Responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management; * Develop future proficient Heavy Equipment Operators; * Be results-driven and focused; * Address all repairs required for the camp, offices and other facilities; * Promote continuous improvement in all aspects of the Site Services department; * Ensure that Site Service functions are carried out safely and productively to ensure profitability to company. * All job tasks as required. Required Qualifications & Skills: * Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Sites Services supervisor or equivalent experience as a senior worker in a comparable environment; * Mining industry experience desired; * Valid Class 3 driver's license with air endorsement; * Physically fit to perform the duties of the position.
