It follows a rotational schedule that may be adjusted based on operational needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to positively impact project performance.
  • Establish, maintain, and further develop professional relationships with ATCO stakeholders as well as clients, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Leverage broad business understanding and sound judgement to move to action.
  • Build organizational alignment and effective networks to achieve break-through results.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of Site Superintendent/foreperson experience
  • 5+ years in the construction industry (commercial/industrial setting) and some modular construction/installation preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions
  • Experienced in interfacing with internal teams like estimating and project management.
  • Results orientated
  • Demonstrated effective leadership interacting with multiple external clients.
  • Professional communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with frequent travel to (remote) site locations.
