Construction firm is seeking a qualified candidate for Site Supervisor position at an upcoming project.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate field activities performed by subcontractors
• Ensure progress is in conformance with quality, safety, schedule and budget
• Address any conflicts in any of the documents or site conditions; pursue the timely resolution of such issues so as to allow the work to continue unimpeded
• Create and implement project schedule and manage weekly progress meetings

Job Requirements

• Good safety record
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Work well under pressure
• Familiarity with construction techniques and coordinating multiple contractors
• Experience in DC/DGS metro area a plus
• Familiarity with scheduling software
