JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams, resources, and project timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, construction estimating, quality control processes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics is essential.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
