JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Demolition Supervisor to oversee and manage demolition projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and demolition practices, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site while leading a team of workers. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in construction or demolition supervision is required.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating is essential.
  • Strong skills in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, cabinet installation, concrete forming, finishing, and painting are preferred.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment safely is necessary for this role.
  • Ability to lead a diverse team effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in demolition work, including safety protocols.
  • Manage waste disposal processes in compliance with environmental regulations.
