OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for effective project execution.
• Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices.
• Experience using construction management software such as Bluebeam or ProCore is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.

  Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
