We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee daily operations. The successful candidate will be a strong leader who ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple trades.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Safety certifications (First Aid, OFA3, WHMIS, etc.) considered an asset.
• Red Seal trade certification or equivalent experience preferred.

• Manage all on-site construction activities and scheduling.
• Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
• Enforce occupational health & safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate site logistics and resolve issues or conflicts as they arise.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain progress reports.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet deadlines and quality goals.
