Mutti Homes Inc. is a growing real estate developer in Edmonton. We are looking for an experienced independent contractor Site Superintendent (5–7 years) to lead the successful delivery of a multi-family residential townhome Avro Properties project.

• Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure quality, budget, and schedule are met.
• Coordinate trade partners and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Perform daily hazard assessments, lead safety orientations/meetings, and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Review drawings, resolve site issues, and communicate with the project management team.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide on-site team members.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report regularly.
• Meet with customers prior to possession, ensuring quality standards and excellent client experience.
