POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to lead/assist the construction of multi-family projects. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The role requires string leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate trades, suppliers, and site staff in a fast-faced construction environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 5-10 years of progressive site supervision experience in multi-family residential construction.
· Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
· Strong knowledge of BC building code, municipal permitting processes and construction best practices.
· Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
· Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
· Red Seal certification or equivalent carpentry trade background is considered an asset.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Willingness to participate in First Aid certification(s)
