Below are positions that we are actively seeking to fill – and we are always eager to meet great people whose interests, skills and values match ours. So don’t hesitate to get in touch. A note to students: we support apprenticeships and summer positions as often as possible, so don’t be shy!

• Able to work with contract documents and prepare the layout of the project.
• Plan, organize and assign work to be done by own crews and subtrades.
• Ability to lead by example, educate, coach, develop and direct workers with specific, timely instructions and feedback.
• Monitor crew’s productivity, track hours for work performed.
• Check the quality of work along the way with respect to specifications and building code.
• Lead the implementation, management and monitoring of safety programs.
• Manage, receive and report materials on site.
• Manage the storage, security and maintenance of specific tools and manuals.
• Be a proactive problem-solver, draft RFIs, manage SIs and COs, as-builts etc.
• Other tasks as required
