OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in construction management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor for 5 years.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Proficiency is use of Procore and Microsoft Project would be an asset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with COR regulations and requirements would be preferred.
  • Physical ability to navigate and inspect a construction site.

Responsibilities

Works include but is not limited to:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, according to project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, and site workers.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with Pegah Health and Safety policy and COR.
  • Monitor project progress, and report updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Inspect work quality to ensure adherence to Pegah and industry standards.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and issues to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients regarding project status and any arising concerns.
  • Ensure proper site preparation, equipment availability, and material deliveries.
  • Implement and uphold best practices for risk management and site security.
  • The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and standing for extended periods.
  • May involve working weekends or overtime to meet project deadlines.
