About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Site Superintendent to manage ground-up ICI construction projects in the GTA. The role involves overseeing warehouse and commercial developments, ensuring efficient project coordination, adherence to deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site operations, ensuring work aligns with design specifications, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Maintain detailed site reports, tracking workforce, progress, and any challenges.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to optimize project flow and timely delivery.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize Bluebeam, Excel, and other tools for documentation and reporting.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and uphold quality control across all phases of construction.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively addressing potential delays or risks.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in ground-up commercial and warehouse construction.
• Strong knowledge of ICI project management, construction techniques, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale warehouse and office space developments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong follow-through.
• Experience in preparing site reports and managing documentation.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and other construction management software.
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach to project execution.
