SITE SUPERINTENDENT – ICI CONSTRUCTION

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee projects in the corporate interiors and ICI construction space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior corporate fit-outs, with the ability to adapt to additions and ground-up ICI builds as the company grows its portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in ICI construction, with a proven track record in interior corporate projects.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong trade management skills.
• Experience with additions or ground-up ICI/flex industrial projects is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.

• Manage daily site operations for interior corporate and ICI projects.
• Coordinate trades, materials, and overall site logistics.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
• Serve as the company’s on-site representative, building strong client relationships.
• Deliver projects with a focus on client satisfaction and repeat business.
