ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with dynamic teams, and is open to travel for out-of-town assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of site supervision experience, preferably with commercial, ICI, or multi-family projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and prioritize effectively.
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to out-of-town project sites (LOA and travel accommodations provided).
• Certifications such as Gold Seal, Red Seal, or PMP considered an asset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Enforce health & safety standards and site-specific protocols.
• Track progress, resolve on-site challenges, and report updates to Project Managers.
• Manage site documentation, inspections, and quality control.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
