• Managing daily fulfillment and scheduling of laborers
• Attending to same-day replacements and callouts
• Conducting onsite check-ins and first-day orientations
• Maintaining compliance (background checks, drug screening, dress code)
• Managing timekeeping records and weekly reporting
• Serving as the single point of contact for operations staff
