Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Type: Full-time
Rate of Pay: $ 23.50 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600
Allied Universal is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations at a key client site in Winnipeg. This leadership role is responsible for managing a 500-hour-per-week schedule and ensuring all assigned staff maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support on-site security personnel to ensure high performance and compliance with AUS standards
  • Coordinate scheduling and shift coverage to ensure uninterrupted service
  • Act as the primary liaison between frontline staff, AUS management, and client representatives
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members
  • Enforce site-specific safety protocols and emergency response procedures
  • Conduct incident investigations and complete detailed reports using Heliaus Device
  • Monitor service quality and make improvements as needed
  • Ensure smooth, effective daily operations and address any staffing or performance issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills to produce clear and concise reports and understand rules, regulations, policies, and similar instructions.
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the retail security environment.
  • Supervisor experience leading teams of 15-20 employees.
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard License.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using Heliaus or similar reporting/scheduling platforms
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Must be at least 25 years old.
  • Must possess a valid Manitoba Class 5F Driver’s License.
