JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor with a strong background in façade and aluminum systems to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, excellent leadership skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Site Supervisor in façade and aluminum projects.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of construction management practices.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of façade and aluminum systems, installation techniques, and relevant industry codes/standards.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively on-site.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Certifications: Certifications in site supervision, safety, or construction management will be an added advantage.

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont

• On-Site Supervision: Manage and oversee façade and aluminum installation activities in line with approved drawings, project specifications, and timelines.
• Team Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
• Quality Control: Enforce and monitor quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor strict safety practices; conduct routine inspections to maintain a safe workplace.
• Material Management: Oversee material deliveries, storage, and handling to prevent delays and reduce wastage.
• Issue Resolution: Identify site-related challenges and resolve them promptly in coordination with project managers and stakeholders.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs and prepare detailed progress reports for internal management and client updates.
• Client Coordination: Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and consultants, providing regular updates and handling requests or changes.
• Documentation: Ensure timely completion and maintenance of all site documentation, including safety records, inspection reports, and work logs.
