JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor – Façade and Aluminum to oversee site operations across our façade and aluminum projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in façade and aluminum projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of façade and aluminum systems, installation techniques, and materials.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other construction management tools.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading, guiding, and motivating site teams.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• License: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in site supervision or construction management preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to site challenges.

• On-Site Management: Supervise all on-site activities related to façade and aluminum works, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Team Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and laborers for smooth project execution.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to ensure installations meet project and industry standards.
• Health & Safety: Enforce HSE policies, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Material Handling: Oversee delivery, storage, and proper utilization of façade and aluminum materials.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve technical or site-related issues to prevent delays.
• Progress Monitoring: Maintain daily logs, track site progress, and report variances to the Project Manager.
• Client & Consultant Coordination: Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing progress updates and resolving site concerns.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date site records, including work orders, safety checklists, and inspection reports.
