POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Supervisor – Aluminum and Façade to oversee the execution of façade and aluminum system installations across residential and commercial projects. This role demands strong leadership, in-depth technical knowledge, and proactive coordination to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery. A valid UAE driving license is essential due to regular site inspections and on-ground team supervision.

QUALIFICATIONSEXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum and façade works.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Experience with both commercial and residential façade projects is preferred.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, glass installation, curtain walls, and cladding methods.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

SOFT SKILLS

• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

LICENSES & EDUCATION

• Valid UAE Driver’s License – Required for on-site mobility.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline is preferred.
