POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to manage the execution of aluminum and façade works across various project sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience in supervising installation teams while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSEXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years in aluminum and façade installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in both commercial and residential projects is advantageous.

SKILLS

• Solid knowledge of aluminum façade systems, glass fittings, curtain walls, and installation methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic project tracking tools.

EDUCATION

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Project Oversight: Supervise on-site aluminum and façade installation works in line with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Team Leadership: Manage site teams, assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and enforce safety compliance.
• Quality Control: Inspect workmanship and materials during installation to ensure adherence to approved designs and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain work quality.
• Site Inspections: Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress, provide guidance to teams, and verify schedule adherence.
• Material Handling: Oversee the logistics of materials – from ordering and delivery to proper storage and usage on-site.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed site records, including progress reports, inspection checklists, materials usage, and incident logs.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring all workers wear PPE and comply with safety regulations.
• Cost Monitoring: Support cost tracking and ensure site expenditures remain within the assigned budget.
