ABOUT THE JOB:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily site activities on the floor, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role will be based in Limerick. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years experience in a supervisory role within construction, cleanroom or fit-out projects.
  • Carpentry backround is advantageous.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage site activities.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings.
  • Safe Pass and Manual Handling (mandatory).
  • Additional tickets (e.g., MEWP, IPAF, First Aid, Etc.) can be provided.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct trades and subcontractors on the floor.
  • Ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of workmanship.
  • Enforce Ardmacs ‘Safety First’ health & safety standards.
  • Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks.
  • Coordinate material deliveries with logistics team and ensure correct usage.
  • Report progress, issues, and delays to the Site / Construction Manager.
  • Assist with snagging, inspections, and handover preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
