JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, have first aid training, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing teams and coordinating with various stakeholders on-site.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in construction site management or supervision is essential.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, and construction estimating processes.
  • Have first aid
  • Experience with quality control measures and ensuring compliance with safety standards (OSHA).
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and tracking expenses using HeavyBid.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Implement OSHA regulations to promote a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members regarding construction techniques and safety practices.
  • Prepare progress reports for management, highlighting any issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
