Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse that includes multiple business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Site Supervisor will ensure efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and mentor team members. The warehouse environment may or may not be climate-controlled. Requirements Responsibilities Supervise and direct team members(warehouse technicians & forklift operators)to meet daily operational targets. Be able to safely operate forklifts and cherry pickers within a distribution environment. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company standards. Conduct daily inspections of equipment and oversee team adherence to maintenance schedules. Assist with general warehouse tasks and ensure workflow efficiency. Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to all Team Members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of inventory and task completion. Ensure trailers and equipment are safe to enter before loading. Complete correct shipping documentation and system transitions to ensure proper shipment and inventory accuracy Ensure prompt communication with clients, drivers, and guests Requirements Minimum of 3 years team lead or supervisory experience in a distribution/warehouse environment Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience Proficiency in inventory management systems or willingness to learn. Valid driver’s license and forklift certification required. Physical ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly and work in varying temperature conditions..
