POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to support the daily operations of our multi-revenue car wash and gas station facility. This role is integral to maintaining operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Previous supervisory experience in a retail, car wash, gas station, or related industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with cash handling and basic accounting practices.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

• Step in to assist in any department during staff shortages or peak business hours.
• Support IT and in-store systems, ensuring operational continuity.
• Monitor competitor activity and report findings to leadership.
• Attend meetings and contribute to strategic planning when needed.
