JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control measures, budgeting practices, and blueprint reading.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and effective communication.
• Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and experience with schematics is a plus.

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the project.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Oversee budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and managing project costs effectively.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting.
• Prepare construction estimates and assist in the bidding process for new projects.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
