Child Start, Inc., a leading provider of early childhood education and family support services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the operations of our Head Start center in Wichita, Kansas. As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate staff members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality comprehensive services to children aged 0-5 years.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Management, Human Services, or a related field.
  • Must meet KDHE Kansas Program Director’s Approval Requirements.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Head Start or other early childhood education program.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably with at least 1 year of supervising staff.
  • Strong knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and Kansas Child Care Licensing regulations.
  • Ability to effectively gather, analyze, and utilize data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly.
