Site Supervisor Our Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our sprinkler projects from beginning to completion. Are you looking for your next Site supervisor role? What you’ll be doing: Maintain Project & H&S paperwork being undertaken on a weekly basis; includes small tool inspections, MEWP/plant Inspections, test sheets and completion certificates. Induction and supervision of all operatives, including checking of skill cards, operatives’ abilities and timesheets. Carry out daily briefings & putting operatives to work. Attendance at daily / weekly / monthly Client site meetings. Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy. Monitor progress and quality of installation. Maintain client relationships. Order necessary materials for the site, ensuring they are stored correctly, and stock levels are maintained. Report changes/progress to the Project Manager and Client - record changes through photographs and marked drawings. What you’ll need: Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role. Sprinkler/Mechanical/Electrical background is preferred. Good Organizational Skills, including ability to work within tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Track record of successful project completion Valid UK Driving License and Reliable Transportation. Must have CSCS card and SMSTS / SSSTS qualification.
